After you place your order through www.mookeebyyuske.com, you will be asked to sign in to your PayPal account. Please complete your payment from your PayPal account and your order will be confirmed.
If your order has not been completed, we will send you an invoice to your email address within 24 hours of the placing of you order.
How to Order
To place pre-order items, simply follow the same process as other normal orders and you will be charged for the full amount when the order is placed. We will notify you by email when we receive the merchandise and are ready to ship your order.
If you would like to cancel your pre-order before it is shipped out, we will only be able to proved store credit.
Items for pre-orders have an estimated shipping date provided by the manufacturers. However, we cannot control the dates that are given to us, and also are unable to guarantee shipping dates.
Delivery time & date
We make every effort to ship items within 24-48 Hours of purchase. We do not process orders on weekends & holidays.
There are NO RETURNS only EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT.

**EXCHANGES MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF ORIGINAL SHIP DATE AND RETURNED WITH TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURED MAIL** Customer must also pay to re-ship an order after the exchange is made.
The original merchandise must be with all original tags attached, in any original packing, unworn and unwashed. Footwear exchanges must be in brand new condition, unworn in the original box without any postal labels. Any damages on returned items may result a fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Be sure to ship with a reputable carrier and always obtain a tracking number to avoid any loss or theft issues. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen items and these may result in a fee.

Due to the high cost of shipping, we do not provide any returns or exchanges on international orders.
Please pay close attention to measurements and conditions given for each garment, as we do not give refunds for vintage items. Estimated sizes are meant only as a guideline, and refund will only be given in the event that your item arrives in a condition different than our representation. We inspect every item before we ship.
